GI Joe Baroness costume?

I have seen the GI Joe Baroness costume at Party City. Tried it on and it was so cheap looking. I see these great pictures on fasthack of costumes I am assuming that are home made. Is there somewhere I can buy black body armor? I have found the decals. Also where can I buy the full length turtleneck catsuit/bodysuit? I would prefer vinyl or spandex. Thanks!
